Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Secrealm AI platform and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Description of Service
Secrealm AI provides a suite of AI-powered business tools including helpdesk automation, virtual receptionist, CRM, ERP, OCR, client portal, AI application builder, and content generation services. The platform is delivered as a cloud-hosted software-as-a-service product.
We continuously improve and update our services. Features may be added, modified, or removed as the platform evolves. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing any core feature that you actively use.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. You may not use our AI services to generate content that is deceptive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
Automated access to the platform must comply with our API rate limits and usage guidelines. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for accounts that place excessive load on our infrastructure.
Intellectual Property
The Secrealm AI platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Secrealm AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business purposes as permitted by your subscription plan.
Content you create using our tools remains your property. You retain all rights to your data, outputs, and customizations. We claim no ownership over content generated through your use of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secrealm AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for high availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be suitable for any particular purpose without human review.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, and we will delete your data within 30 days unless you request an export.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
